    Allow swift stand alone to be installed for Juno

    * Add a new play to do swift_standalone
    * The play removes the unrequired plays and tasks
    * Removes keystone service setup for all services.
    * Removes non keystone/infra/swift plays
    * Removes support plays that setup nova/neutron

    Without this play swift_standalone deploys would fail unless a very
    specific set of plays is run.
