Bug Description

Some steps of the installation process are implied, making them hard to follow. Add a few sentences to the OpenSRF install instructions between steps 1 and 2 for:

- acquiring and unzipping the latest OpenSRF tar ball
- going into the unzipped directory

When I first started working on installing Evergreen/OpenSRF I ran into this issue as well. After becoming more familiar with the process following a couple of installs, I wrote my own version of installation instructions for internal use. I obviously borrowed heavily from the official set, but with a few modifications that addressed areas I found problematic with the official set.

I am attaching a PDF file with my version of OpenSRF install instructions. The latest OpenSRF described is 2.2.0, because since then I used a script to take care of most of the installation/upgrade steps. The instructions are also Ubuntu-specific and may be incomplete/stale in some areas, but perhaps they still could serve as a useful example for addressing this bug.

This branch contains two commits. The top commit addresses this bug specifically, and the previous commit makes a smaller change in the same direction (i.e. trying to make explicit what has been only implied).

Thanks, Remington. I've pushed your topmost patch, but didn't push the prior one, as the examples directory isn't actually copied to SYSCONFDIR. I've pushed an alternative patch instead that makes it clear when one needs to change back to the directory into which one has installed OpenSRF.
