Normal, Openshot use the standard UTF-8. But I was thinking that the uft-8 should read all the others standards without any problems. .................
Exactly (about the habitabilities of the user).
The both (mlt and Openshot) are using UTF-8 like you have said previously, it is the standard.
I put your patch in the next milestone which will be applied after verification.
