sorry there is a typo in the above, in the configure command it should be:
includedir=/usr/include/qt4

so the full configure command:
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-gpl --qimage-libdir=/usr/lib/ --qimage-includedir=/usr/include/qt4 --avformat-swscale
