2011-01-20 08:18:03 D description It would be really cool if Openshot could export the videos based on the encoding quality instead of bitrate presets: There is some information about it here: http://linux-tipps.blogspot.com/2009/03/using-constant-quality-instead-of.html It would be really cool if Openshot could export the videos based on the encoding quality instead of bitrate presets: Encoding with CRF means the quality of a two pass encode in about half the time and no need to choose a bitrate that looks good with good compression. It's already implemented in ffmpeg, in x264 etc. It's basically just an interface change to make it usable! It would be extremely useful as default for many presets! There is some information about it here: http://linux-tipps.blogspot.com/2009/03/using-constant-quality-instead-of.html
