Comment 2 for bug 1618640

Still experiencing the flickering tutorial bubble in 2.3.0 on Linux Mint 18.1 (from http://ppa.launchpad.net/openshot.developers/ppa/ubuntu xenial/main) - the application is unusable for me, because I cannot get past the tutorial bubble.
