Comment 1 for bug 1547221

I'm also experiencing this issue on Windows 10 where audio stutters on playback. The audio also affects the playback sync of other frames when having 4-5 tracks with the first having audio.

This is not caused by the spec of my machine as it is high spec for these types of programs ;o)
