Hi,
This problem has been treated here several time but like you are not aware, I 'm going to make you a short explanation.
This problem comes from Panasonic and another manufacturer that I don't remember his name. Your videos are done in a proprietary codec and you can't work with them correctly (when you can work with !!!!).
The only solution is to convert them in another format and this one is the DNxHD created by the pro leader AVID. Fortunatelly, Avid had done a open source of his format. For making that, you must use a converter tool like EnKodeur-Mixeur, Winff, .......
