Summary/Description: OpenShot always crash here when i'm trying to export (to any format) WHEN the project has a slowed down video-audio track inside it.
Also happen with a speedup clip (fastest speed time).

Steps to reproduce: Insert a video, go to clip properties, change speed (slow it down) 1/3 for example, apply, and then try to export to a video.

Additional information: output with OpenShot running in a console:
python: /build/buildd/libav-extra-0.8.6ubuntu2/libav/libavutil/mathematics.c:79: av_rescale_rnd: Assertion `c > 0' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

About:
https://answers.launchpad.net/openshot/+faq/983
1) Does the video play and seek correctly with "ffplay"?
2) Does the video play and seek correctly with "melt"?
The non-slowed down one, yes it does.
The problem is trying to export the proyect with the clip slowed down.

3) Please include details on the video file:
Input #0, avi, from './P9150928.AVI':
  Metadata:
    creation_time : 2013-09-15 15:33:59
    encoder : OLYMPUS E-PM1
  Duration: 00:00:08.56, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 33579 kb/s
    Stream #0.0: Video: mjpeg, yuvj422p, 1280x720, 30 tbr, 30 tbn, 30 tbc
    Stream #0.1: Audio: pcm_s16le, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, s16, 1536 kb/s

4) Please attach a small sample video (less than 10 MB), which reproduces the problem.
Can't because the problem it's not the video. Is the exporting process.
Testing with 3 different videos from 3 different sources, same bug after change clip speed (fast or slow).
