razor tool unresponsive

razor does not cut on first click i oftern click several times and reselect the tool before it splits the tracks.
ubuntu 12.04
openshot 1.4.3 and newest version of melt

What format are your source files? Are you able to attach a small sample file?

I too have this problem. Perhaps it is the same problem in this bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/openshot/+bug/892331).

Same problem here - the Razor tool takes (sometimes many) seconds to work. Other times it's fast.

MP4 file, running OpenShot on Lubuntu under VirtualBox.

Same for me. With a 3.9 GB MP4 file recorded with the GoPro HD Hero in 1280 x 720px at 60 FPS... :(
