Okay, so apparently these results are a bit misleading. I was running celeryd from the wrong dir (but I was still able to pick up the /usr/openquake/celeryconfig.py, which should be deleted).
My point about removing/skipping/revising these tests still stands; we're running with obsolete data so it should all be replaced with new input and proper QA tests.
