Hello,
The l10n_ch has to be installed with zero digit, the default value is the right one.
The problem comes from the way that account are generated in the hearth of OpenERP does not match the swiss numeration.
One solution will be to put the decimal fields in read only. The other way will be to be able to have only non view account having numeration using digit parameters.
