I replicated the Oscar's scenario (OscarAlca (oscarolar) wrote on 2013-04-18: #64) and I have the same problem. However, If the all users are partners too, we need make sure that the partner has the correct company and OpenERP is not doing.

It is not solve the main problem, but I think that it can help to find the solution.
