Thanks for the reply Rifkat, look I believe this is a problem with the whole multi-company permission scheme, I just made a video explaining it.

but you can see it yourself following this steps:
Try this please:
without demo data
Logged as Admin:
-Give admin multi-company permissions
-create a new company
-add the company to admin
-create a new user with FULL permissions including multi-company
-add the company you just created to the new user (be sure to let the base company on it "Your company")
-log as the new user in "Your Company" company
-try to create a new company and watch the error
-check permissions to see if message is correct
-make your own conclussion
-Using the preferences menu switch the new user to the new company you just created
-try to create a user and watch the error
-check permissions to see if message is correct, at this point is correct, but:
¿why the new user is not inherited to the new company?
¿why if I log as admin and switch to the new company I can see the new user has permissions in both companies?
