OK, without rebuilding the trunk: I'm on 6.1 released, so it should be fairly OK. After setup.py, the situation is that there is a an 'al' message file, but no 'sq'. And there's both an 'ua' and an 'uk' one. So I see this from bottom, being a packager ATM. If I understand you right, the references in the code are actually referring to 'uk' and 'sq'.

This shouldn't really work for Albania: the 'sq' message file does not exist. It could be fixed by renamng current 'al' message file to 'sq'.

 As for Ukraine, if the code is referring to 'uk' it's just that the outdated 'ua' message file should be removed.

If this is fixed in trunk, just ignore it. I can cope with it locally until it's released, it's really no showstopper ;)
