Hello,

From your last reply I know that this problem occurs from the web-client.
So, I am confirming this issue.
Following steps to Reproduced the problem:
1) Create Sale order.
2) Confirm It and create final invoice.
3) Validate it and click on payment button.
4) Pay Invoice form open ,Fill the all required field and try to save it.
