I have checked your issue. It's working fine in Trunk with Revision no :: 6552

This will work for "Bigger than the reference" like

factor_inv = 1200
Factor = 1/factor_inv = 1/1200 = 0.0008333
factor_inv = 1/factor = 1/0.0008333 = 1200.00000048
