Comment 3 for bug 718918

I just tried it again using crm.helpdesk - it works - no idea why this was not the case before

 using option -o with ID does not work / find the model

    parser.add_option("-o", "--model", dest="model", help="Name or ID of crm model", default="crm.lead")
