This issue is not only evident on invoicing, but is also previlant on stock with unit of meausure's (UOM) precision more than 2 decimal places.
eg. weight, running meters.
Anything that has more than 1 or 2 precision level. (eg. stock quantities, cost price,sales price, pricelists) needs to be standardized throughout openerp.
We have come across several examples where packing lists cannot be validated because of simple float comparisons not working.
