Excuse the language but this is bullshit!

I am a qualified accountant with over 30 years of expereince, so please excuse me if I don't take a 5 line wikipedia entry as the basis for making accounting decisions.

What should happen when products are returned to a suppler (when generated from the original picking):

1. The credit should be at the original purchase price and generate accounting entries accordingly
2. The average cost should be updated using the amount of the credit (qty/cost)

I have now rewritten both anglo-saxon and parts of stock to fix this and other accounting issues for v6.0 but OpenERP should make this right in V7 - correct accounting goes to the heart of an ERP system.

Please set this back to confirmed and will soemone at OpenERP get it fixed once & for all.
