In my case, we are working on 'standard' schedules : from monday to friday an week-ends off. So If an employee woul'd like to take 3 weeks holidays, we've to enter 3 lines (one line for each week and from monday to friday). If an employee has to work, for exemple, on week-end, he receives 'compensations days' which are notifed as -1 days.
