Thank you for pointing this out Ruud.
It was a problem of escape character.
You need to change the domain of action 'planned calls'.
It has been fixed by revision 2737 <email address hidden>.
You will need to follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu Phone Calls->Inbound->Planned Calls(focus only, do not click), press Ctrl L.
2. Click On the Search button of action Planned Calls(2nd button of many2one).
3. Replace the domian by [('section_id','=',9), ('categ_id','=',31), ('state','=','open')]. OR you can change the state domain. It contains extra escape character.
