Can you think of a procedure how to inform people (db-admins) reliable that they have to unsubscripe and subscribe again.

Hint:
* create a request during update?
at least we would have somthing - although updating the db from the commandline and not logging in will not inform the admin.
and I believe the request will not be read
* may be an email to openerp user ?
