I am not sure if I follow. Here are my steps

1) import module
2) Schedule install
3) Apply Scheduled Upgrades
4) Config wizard
5) On the Gen CoA from Template screen I click create. This is when I receive the error.

"null value in column "type_tax_use" violates not-null constraint"
