We also facing the same bug just after installing Last version of OpenERP 7 two weeks ago to solve the problem of Project tasks in multi company environment.

It used to work fine and we've implemented the system already for our client, but when we faced the multi company project tasks bug we installed the last version openerp_allinone for windows instead of the running installation and the project tasks problem was solved but we gut this bug with serial numbers split button from the lines of the incoming shipment view or from the product pop up screen too.
