i am also affected to plan invoicing.
To avoid any any problems with users, could-you simply delete work_days of
'interval_type': fields.selection( [('minutes', 'Minutes'),
            ('hours', 'Hours'), ('work_days','Work Days'), ('days', 'Days'),('weeks', 'Weeks'), ('months', 'Months')], 'Interval Unit'),
