Note that by restricting the domain in the invoice with only invoice-able partners, you, by the facts, admit that the notion of 1st class partners always interchangeable does not exist.
A company, a contact or an address are not always interchangeable, even if you would like to believe the opposite, and that's the key of the problem raised by the community.
