As i said previously, can not select analytic account for my support contract on your branch .. and I think there is a lot of case like this .. contact is not partner. You want I add a support contract for all contact that can call me in a company ?

I will try all possibility to find a solution and put here all my question. I think it will be a good doc for integrator when all case will be green ...

I use very simple case with allday practice, and just small need lots of customers have without having to pay a partner to adapt all small functionalities that a editor should offer.

I read carrefully this thread and will spend a lot of time to help for finding a solution.

How can I have acces to add some scenario (like contract, timesheet, invoice) in fabien document?
