Thank you for whising me happy birthday!! Flowers were really nice.

Now, coming back to the problem... imaging simply for a moment that a customer 6.X having installed and usign 6.X base_contacts and having OPW tells you that ... OK but I don't want my data to fit that new structure on 7.0. I wan't to mantain my structure since I think it's correct. i don't want you to touch that structure because I don't think really is good and you can not convince me it's better than the one I have got now.

Would it be possible in a really small percentaje of possibilities that OpenERP could have something that "older versions compatibility" module, that we could use with that kind of customers in 7.0?

That is... Would it be possible to think about a simply aproach like it is 7.0 now and complex aproach as we had on past(even if it's still possible improving it) making difference on installing and configuring an extra module?

I think it shouldn't be so difficult creating just that module where everybody would be happy. People liking your aproach will be happy and people don't liking it OR customers don't wanting their data being re-designed would be happy. Do you think this could be possible in a short future?

Thank you:
Ana
