In Italy there is no one invoice template that I saw that shows contact name (search 'fattura' in google images).
The only one I saw until now is from a French company of oil, and my solution was to delete the name in the pdf file before printing it (it was too annoying to have my name in it). It was like the second form below.

Even all the 'invoice templates' in Google images shows first the company, company address, and after the contact, as a bit of more information, not an essential one. I don't know if there are other ERP that show in an invoice's form:

John Doe (IBM Corp.)
Street
ZIP City

and not like it:

IBM Corp.
att. John Doe
Street
ZIP City

It's a good thing invent something new, but not breaking a policy or a rule accepted everywhere.
