Dont forget,

If the contact has a parent_id, and this parent is a company, all
accounting information should com from parent itself,

Just contact without a parent that is_company==True should take them own
information, with this kind of behaviour you will be consistent with what
all fields mean.

PS: I think yet we will find a lot of mor logic features regarding to other
models but i think with this options we will mantain consistency with terms
and normal features.
