@rvalyi: It's again same conceptual mistake about different entities. Partner(company or individual) and contacts inside this partner are different concepts so they should be implemented in different entities as it has been always.

IMHO: Changing and unifying those concepts is going to cause more problems in several areas that benefits it gives.
