Yes you are right - nevertheless I suggest to use common pairs of terms
"From" - "To"
or
"Sender"- "Recipient"
as in many other mail programs
and put these terms
1) next to each other in forms
2) in the list view - I do not understand why we have to show the document id in list view - id's are not shown anywhere else in the system - the id should be replaced by the name of and a link to the resource to be useful.
