I agree. Not having any pricelists, or a pricelist menu, would also be a fine solution. What caused me to report this bug wasn't so much that I couldn't edit pricelists, but that one is automatically created in the default currency (EUR), and after configuring my company and such to use USD, I still have this EUR pricelist that pops up in a few places (like the partner form) which I can't edit or delete. So, if you prefer to hide the menu, also don't create a pricelist, and hide the various fields that refer to it. Either solution is good to me.
