define syntax for search queries

Bug Description
Search query syntax exposed in Open Library is controlled by the field names in the solr schema, whcih are chosen just for development convenience.
I think the query syntax should be defined explicitly and documented instead of it being a side-product of solr schema.
Here is my proposal for query syntax:
