How to reproduce:
 - add a crashing widget to any search view
    <filter string="Crash" icon="gtk-dialog-error" domain="[]" context="{'group_by': 'CRASH'}"/>
 - click this button
 - provide some data in the dialog box (3 fields)
 - click "Send Report"

--> if you trace the rpc calls, the content of these fields is not sent
