I am always facing this bug. Here is more details to reproduce but it is
difficult

-> Web client, latest trunk, tested on chrome

here is the step to reproduce

1/ i open the server with all addons (module et web)
2/ i create a new db with demo data
3/ i install the CRM from the static hp
4/ i go to Sales/Phone Call/Logged Call
7/ i get the bug

I tried to logout and login but i am still facing the bug.

If i Install an other module (Sales), the bug is not there anymore but i
am facing the same kind of bug in invoicing :

8/ Install sales
9/ Create an SO
10/ Confirm the SO and create the final Invoice
11/ bug
