Comment 45 for bug 1366421

So, at long last, Onboard has tablet mode detection and external keyboard device detection now. I eventually finished implementing 1) - 4) of comment #43.

However, before I offer this for testing I would like to add one more thing, a read/write D-Bus property "tablet-mode". This I believe is what the initial bug reporter wanted.
