fails to enconde sound from mkv

Bug Description
The encoder doesn't do a well job when trying to convert files from .mkv container. The image is converted right, but the sound sounds very bad, it sounds distorsioned. I've tried with diferent formats such as mp3, aac, and AC3, and all of them sound distorsioned after converting.
Apart from that, the program runs very well (at least for me), thanks for the app.
