Comment 5 for bug 1189151

I think, on oemedical we doesn't need last name and second last name. Only field patient name I think is enough, becouse OpenERP can do smart searching and in the hospital user just need simple way to input patient data.
on field age, I try to make it auto calculate, and the auto calculate will be stop if the patient is deceased.
