A fresh install of 23.10 on a new ASUS Z790 Formula motherboard had no working wifi or bluetooth for me.

journalctl showed (among other things):

    iwlwifi 0000:05:00.0: Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-gl-c0-fm-c0-80.ucode failed with error -2
    iwlwifi 0000:05:00.0: no suitable firmware found!

    kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to load Intel firmware file intel/ibt-0291-0291.sfi (-2)

An install of the package 20230919.git3672ccab-0ubuntu2.5 from proposed just fixed this for me - thanks!
