[ Impact ]

 * The FPC fingerprinter (10a5:9800) could not be used, cause it needs MOH Proprietary driver package.
OEM project needs install the FPC fingerprinter (10a5:9800) packages when doing release.

[ Test Plan ]

 * Need a laptop with FPC fingerprinter. From the lsusb, you could check if it's 10a5:9800.
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 10a5:9800 FPC FPC Sensor Controller L:0002 FW:27.26.23.31

 * In Settings, Enable the 'Fingerprint Login' in 'Users' page, and scan a new finger.

 * Reboot or logout, then use fingerprinter to login.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * On some ThinkPad configs with 10a5:9800, the fingerprinter could not be used.

[ Other Info ]

 * FPC provided the MOH Proprietary driver, two .so files, and I've packed the testing package libfprint-2-tod1-fpc, it works fine in my testing.
