[Background]

Intel MIPI camera userspace stack

https://github.com/intel/ipu6-camera-hal - HAL for processing of images in userspace
https://github.com/intel/ipu6-camera-bins - IPU firmware and proprietary image processing libraries
https://github.com/intel/icamerasrc (branch:icamerasrc_slim_api) - Gstreamer src plugin

[Impact]

Without these packages, we can not enable the Intel MIPI camera.

[Testing]

 Install these packages (ipu6 set or ipu6ep set) and exeute `sudo -E gst-launch-1.0 icamerasrc ! video/x-raw,format=YUY2,width=1280,height=720 ! videoconvert ! xvimagesink` on the corresponding PCs.

[Regression Potential]

 None

[Availability]

You can find all packages on https://launchpad.net/~oem-solutions-group/+archive/ubuntu/intel-ipu6.

[Rationale]

We want to improve the hardware support for some Dell/HP/Lenovo laptops.

[Security]

 No CVE/known security issue.

[Quality assurance]
