[Impact]
The USB-type-C port is useless when uplung the USB-type-C <-> DP/HDMI/VGA Dongle after the system resumed from S3.

[Fix]
Revert below change, this issue is gone.

[Where problems could occur]
Renoir based systems can't resume from s2idle.
