Test on the target machine that this meta supports, install 20.04.3 iso, apt update/upgrade

Then turn-on proposed chanell,

# ubuntu-driver install

does properly install the meta from the proposed channel, and also properly automatically install the OEM source list, install the corresponding deb from there.

Given so, I'll tag verified-done.
