Several issues that may share the same root cause.

1. "Setting up PRIME GPU offloading for AMD discrete GPU" is it a valid case?.
It's a desktop, and display is already connected to AMD GFX.

2. The bug is about suspend, but logs are collected _before_ suspend.

3. Follow [Reproduce Steps] but the command terminates immediately:
