On BFLO-I3 from ODM.

1. $ sudo apt purge oem-somerville-cubone-rkl-meta
2. enable proposed
3. $ sudo ubuntu-drivers install
4. The package oem-somerville-cubone-rkl-meta was installed correctly and update to oem real meta
