and already mentioned sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
I had issues with
hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
That box kept very quickly booting HDD even if I told it to boot thumb-drive. I could however boot an Xubuntu groovy ISO dated 2020-07-01 (picked at random) on it, so maybe this does mean this machine is still impacted !!??
