The current daily Ubuntu Groovy Desktop file (2020-07-07) works for me in VirtualBox, when booted from the iso file seen as a virtual optical drive.

But it does not work in the same computer (Dell Precision M4800) on real metal, neither in UEFI mode nor BIOS mode, when cloned from the iso file to a USB drive.
