the patches 130-132 are from rhboot already (I did find them to replace the simular patch I made).
let me try to find the alternative/related patch from rhboot.

I tried the fedora 36 from https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/ in my qemu.
The issue is reproducible but I think it could be a regression or something I don't know how they generated the grubx64.efi.

I believe there are some patches since 2019 could solve this issue.
I'll backport them to give it a try.
